Big Screen Blockbuster Season

The blockbuster season has arrived, with an exciting slate of films this summer that deserve to be BIG and LOUD.

Movies like Iron Man, Speed Racer, Prince Caspian, Indiana Jones, The Incredible Hulk, Wall-E and The Dark Knight are all larger than life, and should be seen in the best theatres around.

Where are you going to see the next blockbuster? Why will you see it there?

Well, I live in Sacramento, and the best theater here for blockbusters, in my opinion is the Century (Or is it Cinemark now?) Theater on Ethan and Arden. They have two very big domed rooms that are fun and without too many technical glitches.

I saw IRON MAN in DLP Digital Projection [ with uncomoressed digital sound ] in Williamsville NY
{Buffalo NY] at the REGAL TRANSIT 18 and IMAX theatres and it was great.

Big REALLY bright and sharp image with impressive
sound -- good impact, solid bass and active surrounds.

AND saw digital trailers for INDY 4, the new BATMAN and the new HULK and they all looked and
sounded great.

A truly impressive movie going experience . . . I guess digital really does make a difference -- take note REGAL and put in some more DLP theatres please.
