Poltergeist is getting a one-night-only nationwide reissue in honor of its 25th Anniversary. Read more at the Official Site, and check Fandango, where many theatres already have screenings listed.

We're still looking for more information about the Blade Runner re-release in NY & LA starting 10/05. Keep checking back; we'll post details as soon as the are released.

Regal's Flashback Features series is running at several new theatres, and returning to some old ones. Included are four theatres in FLORIDA and one in GEORGIA. (These southern screenings have their own site.) I also found a few flashback screenings a Regal theatre in ALASKA.

These screenings include the several favorites from our POLL: Indiana Jones & the Last Crusade, The Matrix, E.T., Jurassic Park, Back to the Future, and Batman, as well as many other past favorites.

Bravo to Regal for continuing this series . If you live near any of these theatres, get out and see these great films on the Big Screen.

And finally, the Pacific Film Archive in Berkeley, CA is also added to our Back on the Big Screen links. They run ongoing series of past favorites, and upcoming screenings include POLL favorites The Good, The Bad and The Ugly, and Once upon a Time in the West.
