Cinema 21

If it wasn't for the Hollywood, this would be the primo art house theater in town. Great seats, popcorn, and it still has a curtain. Top that, Fox Tower!

Cinema Grade = B

The best prices for concessions in the whole city of Portland. The staff is among the best in the city as well. I also believe they have the most interesting and innovative programming, slightly better than the Hollywood and definitely better than the Fox Tower. The sound could use could use an upgrade though; seeing Serenity there was tough as the sound couldn't clearly convey both the dialogue and the big sounds simultaneously. The room is very nice and pretty and the whole of the theater has a very good vibe. Tiniest bathrooms ever, though. I think they're fun, but I don't imagine them being very fun when it's croweded or if you're handicapped.
