Thanks Daniel - I somehow missed this comment until today (sorry!). I've turned it into the review.
Let us know if you have any other thoughts about the Uptown, or any other theatres in your area.
Overall, I concur with the review. I went and saw The Dark Knight last night at a late showing.
I found the picture a little fuzzy and a little dim, which was distressing because a film with as much black as TDK requires a high degree of contrast for it to visually work. The screen was impressive, a very wide, curved screen. I found the seating to be fine, I didn't feel crammed at all.
Sound quality was good; there are no neighboring screens so no leakage from that. I didn't find the bass to be particularly stunning, which was surprising given the number of explosions I witnessed in the course of the film.
