Regal's Flashback Features series is a good reference.

Try to catch them on a slow night, when some of their auditoriums are nearly empty. They should be able to devote one theatre to a classic screening on a weeknight, like the films in the Regal program.

Don't give up! If the manager is uninterested, try to find another. Offer to volunteer, to help promote the screening, for example.

You could try to help create a charity event, where the proceeds are donated and the cinema gets a lot of good press.

Above all, the #1 thing you can do is go see classics on the big screen any time and any where you can find them. The more successful these screenings are, the more common they will become.

JonesyJonesyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15816877357049481808noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2676482228150323349.post-53157874075927132122008-05-30T07:40:00.000-07:002008-05-30T07:40:00.000-07:00Great to see such a classic back on some silver sc...Great to see such a classic back on some silver screens!!!

Filmed 90% in Mobile Alabama - what can we do to bring it back to Mobile???
